Information we collect

We collect account information and usage data required to operate NextUp. When connected to HubSpot, we receive contact identifiers and assignment metadata needed to perform routing and audits.

How we use data

We use data to route contacts, display assignment logs, and provide operational reliability. We do not sell personal information.

Data retention

Assignment logs are retained for 30 days (unless otherwise agreed) to provide auditability. Privacy deletion events from HubSpot trigger removal of contact-related logs.

Security

We apply technical and organizational safeguards to protect data in transit and at rest.

Your choices

You may disconnect the app at any time in HubSpot to revoke access.
